Have you ever thought to publish also a browser version of your games on itch.io?
Is pretty easy using EmulatorJs to run VICE and run any game directly in browser. It could be nice to provide a quicker experience of your great games even before downlading and playing on emulator or real C64.
I already tested and it works on a private page on itch.io. I can provide the zip file to use if you want (just the .prg to replace and the name of the game in the index.html). In case you can contact me directly on discord (kamaleon70). You can see how it works on my itch.io page on the Vic 20 games I have worked on.
Unforgiving like in the good old days, it's tough but it's insanely good ! Congrats for the game and for Oscar 64 ! I'm secretly dreaming of OSCAR65 for the Mega65 :D
What a great game. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but for a C64 shmup this is QUALITY! The scrolling is fluid, the enemise are fast & you have to think on your feet to survive. The banging soundtrack is top notch too!

Absolutely brilliant, what a great game. I’m really enjoying it. The feel is just right, it’s difficult but definitely fair, I never die and feel cheated. I don’t know how long you’ve been programming but you’re bloody good! Now let’s have a proper version of Flying Shark!
What a great looking game, with superb music and excellent graphics. As a bonus, Corescape is not a multiload. I think it is really awesome on my Ultimate 64. Also I really think it is one of your best creations since Plekthora. Well done. Let's see some more cool blasters :)

This is an awesome and challenging game. Good controls, music and gfx, but the lack of SFX is a bummer. Need to make the PEW-PEW-PEW in your brain XD

gameplay is borderline unfair. would be a lot better if it had standard difficulty settings (easy/normal/hard) to chose from.
blocking elements that blow up your ship that can't be avoided is so 80's (in a bad way).
5.5/10 (hard > fun). zeta wing this is not.
